One of Menzi Muck’s key requirements in designing the surface treatment facility was the easy handling of heavy products - up to 5,000 kg - between individual workstations. The solution was an overhead conveyor with a cross-transfer system, allowing components to be moved smoothly between stations, even without motorised assistance. The facility supports high-quality, multi-stage pre-treatment of steel components, followed by painting and drying in separate chambers.
